Keravive Treatment
Service Description
Hydrafacial Keravive is a unique, relaxing treatment designed to cleanse, exfoliate, nourish, and hydrate the scalp for healthier and fuller-looking hair for all skin and hair types. Hydrafacial’s proprietary Vortex Technology easily dislodges and removes impurities from the scalp and hair follicle. The Hydrafacial Keravive Peptide Complex Solution delivers a hyper-concentrated blend of biomimetic growth factors and skin proteins that hydrate and nourish the scalp. The Keravive treatment is $385 and the take home spray is $180. You will need the take home spray. This treatment is for 3 sessions. The sessions are spaced out a month apart.
Cancellation Policy
We charge your card a non-refundable booking fee in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment. You must pay the remaining balance during your scheduled appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations need to be 48 hours before your appointment. If you fail to cancel before 48 hours of your appointment, you will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit. The card you provide, you are providing as your pre-authorized card on file in case any fees are owed due to the violation of our policies. In the case that your appointment(s) is/are cancelled or adjusted due to the violation of our policies, 50% of your scheduled service will be applied to the card you have provided on file. A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling sick within the 48 hour period we ask you please reschedule and provide us with a doctors note so that we can transfer your deposit. Please note, cancellations same day as your scheduled appointment, will result in charge of 50% of total procedure costs. Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service to the card on file. Also, showing up for your appointment and deciding not to have services performed will result in a charge of 50% of services scheduled. All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled between our business operating hours of 10am-6pm. Your appointment must be canceled with a receptionist over the phone. Please request a written confirmation to be sent to you, if you are unsure whether your appointment has been canceled. If you are late to your appointment and your technician has to work out of business hours, there will be an additional $100 charge. Please note, scheduling multiple areas for Ink & Inkless treatments, requires calling the studio to be booked accordingly. A deposit per area is required upon booking. If at the time of your appointment you decide to work on less areas than originally scheduled, the deposit for those areas will be forfeited and will not be transferred towards the remaining cost of the procedure. Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Prices are subject to change; however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking.
